OUR ADDED VALUE TO SUPPORT YOUR LEATHER GOODS PROJECT
Audit and kickoff workshop
After an initial analysis of your project, we organise a framing workshop to co-develop a detailed and technical brief.
We bring together the right people from our team and supplier network to ensure tailored support aligned with your objectives.
Sourcing of leather or plant-based materials & technical developments
From the earliest stages, we identify the most suitable materials and processes for your creation.
Every detail, component and finish is carefully selected in collaboration with our trusted suppliers.
Our team can handle sourcing, negotiation and order management, exploring all options to ensure a result that reflects your vision and meets luxury standards.
Technical refinement & prototype production
We carry out CAD pattern development, microfibre mock-ups, and final prototypes in preparation for production.
Our process includes refining constructions, testing materials, creating quality compliance sheets, and making the necessary adjustments before launch.
Prototyping sits at the intersection of artisanal craftsmanship and industrial know-how — requiring both precision and creativity.
We can also produce duplicate prototypes for showroom, press or runway needs — feel free to share your specific requirements
